Pre-launch waitlist & healthcare platform conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering on the AfriCare Me waitlist platform (the "Service"), operated by Tech Suite Pro, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the Waitlist
The AfriCare Me waitlist allows prospective patients and healthcare organisations to indicate interest in pre-launch health record subscriptions. Registering on the waitlist does not constitute an insurance policy, does not guarantee emergency treatment, and does not require immediate payment. Projected plan prices (₦1,000/month individual, ₦2,500/month family) represent expected launch pricing and are subject to final confirmation prior to commercial launch.
3. User Accounts & Security
You agree to provide accurate and truthful contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. The credentials you establish during waitlist registration are designed to be portable and will grant you access to AfriCare Me at launch.
4. Healthcare Organisations & QR Codes
Partner organisations (hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies) receive custom URLs (/h/slug) and printable promotional materials. Partner facilities agree to use generated QR codes solely for patient onboarding and verified clinical interactions.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, software architecture, designs, and content on AfriCare Me remain the exclusive property of Tech Suite Pro.
6. Termination & Contact
You may close your waitlist account at any time via your account settings. For questions concerning these terms, contact business@techsuitepro.tech.
