Tech Suite Pro ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AfriCare Me waitlist and healthcare platform. We take your privacy and the confidentiality of your health information with utmost seriousness. This document explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is secured, and your legal rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

2. Information We Collect

When you register on the AfriCare Me waitlist, we collect:

• Personal Identifiers: Full name, telephone number (normalized to +234 format), email address, city, and state.
• Account Credentials: Passwords, securely hashed using argon2id cryptographic algorithms.
• Preferences & Feedback: Willingness-to-pay choices, family plan interest, priority health benefit interests, and recommended healthcare facilities.
• Consent Records: Timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, and consent versions whenever you accept terms or opt in/out of communications.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your data based on your explicit consent and legitimate pre-contractual interest to:

• Reserve and verify your position on the AfriCare Me pre-launch patient waitlist.
• Notify you when your hospital or clinic is onboarded to the AfriCare Me network.
• Send doctor-reviewed preventative health alerts and launch milestones (only if opted in).
• Enable hospital administrators to assist in matching your existing patient file (only when explicitly requested).

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with:

• Your Linked Hospital: Only if you joined through their co-branded link and explicitly opted into sharing your name and phone with them.
• Infrastructure Providers: Encrypted hosting and transactional email services strictly bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.

5. Retention & Your Rights (NDPA 2023)

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you hold the following rights:

• Right to Access & Portability: You can download a complete JSON copy of your personal data at any time from your account settings.
• Right to Rectification: You can edit your name, phone number, location, and health preferences in your dashboard.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: You can opt out of promotional updates at any time with immediate effect.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can delete your account from your dashboard. Upon deletion, accounts are immediately soft-deleted and permanently scrubbed from our systems after 30 days.
